I’m a person that has been through a lot of grief and loss, the things that happened left me feeling very lost and very sad for large parts of my life. I have come to find healing and joy in simple things. I really enjoy having authentic conversations and connections with other people. Working with me means I draw on my knowledge not just as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor but also on my experiences as a human. I will work with you to collaboratively find solutions, sit with you in the discomfort, build confidence, process and integrate your experiences, and help you move toward the life you want.
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a collaborative effort between a counsellor and client to identify goals and potential solutions to problems that cause emotional pain and difficulty. Counselling can assist in improving communication and coping skills, increase self -esteem and promote change.
Counselling is talk therapy.
